Stress-Full or Stress-Free

Over the past few decades, the word “stress” has been used in a negative connotation. We see self- help books on how to reduce stress. We know experts teaching how to get rid of stress. We have doctors (unaware of the nutrient depletion of the food, and side effects of the processed food of the 21st century) asking us to reduce stress to live a longer healthier life.

The Ongoing Striving of Muslims in the Path of Islam

Dry Fasting: Unlocking Cellular Repair, Metabolic Boost, and Longevity

Fasting is a practice of purification, self-discipline, or spiritual growth. One of the most intense forms of fasting is dry fasting, in which individuals abstain from both food and water for a specific duration, typically ranging from 12 to 24 hours.
Global Challenges: Sabiqoon- Do you want to be one?

In an era where individualism dominates, self-reliance and personal freedom are celebrated as the highest ideals. The focus is often on personal success and the well-being of one’s immediate family. While these values have their place, they have also led to a world where empathy wanes, and the collective moral fabric weakens.
Welcoming Ramadan in an Uncertain Global Order

As we enter the blessed month of Ramadan, we pray to Allah (SWT) to enable us to fast and worship with sincerity and to derive benefits from this month. Ramadan, in addition to fasting and ʿibādah (worship), is a time to reflect deeply on the message of Qur’an and the principles of Islam.
